Meg Cochrane, acting as junior counsel, attended the third preliminary hearing for Module 2 of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, which was covered by ITV news on Tuesday evening. The substantive hearings, in which Meg will be involved, are due to commence in October 2023.
Module 2 is focused on core political and administrative governance and decision-making for the UK. Module 2 will also assess decision-making about non-pharmaceutical measures and the factors that contributed to their implementation.
